According to a report from Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Vince McMahon was not very happy with Seth Rollins addressing CM Punk on Raw during the opening segment of the follow-up episode from Survivor Series 2019.
According to Dave, there’s a rule in WWE that talent can’t tease or push matches that they can’t deliver on.
Rollins has consistently called out the Chicago native ever since CM Punk returned on WWE Backstage on FS1. Most recently, Seth was angling for a WrestleMania headlining match between himself and CM Punk. Learn more about that here.
