WWE held its WrestleMania Backlash pay-per-view event in Tampa, Florida at Yuengling Center on Peacock this past Sunday night.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that PPV numbers for television for the event were at 5,500, based on early estimates.
It is the third-highest PPV numbers of the year for the company and just behind Wrestlemania (6,000) and the Royal Rumble (6,400). Fastlane did 3,800 and Elimination Chamber did 2,600.
