At Sunday’s AEW Double or Nothing 2023 pay-per-view event, The Acclaimed and Billy Gunn accepted the challenge issued by AEW Trios Champions House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, and Buddy Matthews).
Before the match, Max Caster did a rap about Matthews getting “cucked” by a “kid named Dominik,” a reference to WWE Superstar Dominik Mysterio.
Mysterio is involved with Rhea Ripley in WWE TV storylines, while Matthews is dating Ripley in real life. Ripley reacted to the rap with the following tweet:
