During Saturday night’s WWE SummerSlam 2022 pay-per-view event, Riddle made an appearance to continue his storyline with Seth Rollins heading into Clash at the Castle.
Riddle cut a brief promo about not being “medically cleared” to compete after being attacked by Seth Rollins on RAW, when Rollins’ music hit and they brawled. Rollins used the “curb stomp” to take Riddle out. Rollins then laughed his way to the back, as WWE officials helped the “Original Bro” get back to his feet.
