Shayna Baszler & Ronda Rousey backstage in WWE
Ronda Rousey issued a short statement on her Instagram page after the WWE Elimination Chamber pay-per-view on Sunday night, commenting on one of her MMA Four Horsewomen members and fellow former UFC bad-ass Shayna Baszler’s dominant victory in the Women’s Elimination Chamber Match.
As noted, with Baszler’s win at the WWE Elimination Chamber PPV on Sunday night at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA., “The Queen of Spades” is now officially one-half of the RAW Women’s Championship match at WWE’s “Grandest Stage of Them All” — WrestleMania 36.
Rousey, who co-headlined the first-ever all-women’s main event at WrestleMania 35 as the reigning RAW Women’s Champion going into the event, wrote a cool message directed to Baszler about how fans don’t even know they are “desperate” for her, until they see her.
“We are all your puppets,” Rousey exclaimed. “Give them the dose of reality they don’t know they’re desperate for, Shayna Baszler!!”

At WWE Elimination Chamber on Sunday night, Shayna Baszler won the number one contender Women’s Elimination Chamber by eliminating all five of the other competitors in the match — Ruby Riott, Sarah Logan, Natalya, Liv Morgan and finally Asuka — with the Kirifuda Clutch.
With the win, “The Queen of Spades” will now move on to challenge “The Man” Becky Lynch for the RAW Women’s Championship when WrestleMania 36 rolls into Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida on Sunday, April 5th.
