Ronda Rousey Explains Why She Interfered In TLC Main Event, Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair Respond

Ronda Rousey decided to interfere in the main event of this past weekend’s Tables Ladders and Chairs (TLC) pay-per-view (PPV). The RAW Women’s Champion came out in the middle of the main event and tossed down a ladder holding Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair.

This allowed Asuka to climb a ladder herself and retrieve the SmackDown Live Women’s Title hanging above the ring. As a result, Asuka won the first-ever Women’s TLC match, and Lynch lost her SDL Women’s Title.

Rousey, Lynch, and Flair have all had issues with each other over the past several months, and that storyline is likely to continue heading into WrestleMania. Recently, Rousey took to Instagram to explain her interference in the TLC main event:

#TLC wasn’t revenge, it was a warning. @charlottewwe @beckylynchwweYou’re both lucky I let you off so easy. Asuka deserves to be champion more than either of you cheating cowards. And @beckylynchwwe

says SHE came at ME head on!? @beckylynchwwe has only ever attacked me when my back was turned – that’s some more #BackwardsBullshitBecky. If you and @charlottewwe are smart you’ll consider the score settled, learn this lesson, move on…. and don’t provoke me again.”

Lynch and Flair soon responded to Rousey’s comments on Twitter:
