WWE announced late last month that Sasha Banks was injured and had been pulled from the entire second season of the Mixed Match Challenge. She was supposed to compete with Bobby Lashley as a tag team in the tournament. Lashley has now been paired with Mickie James. It was reported at the time that Sasha’s injury was being kept very quiet by WWE and Banks was taking time off for what was being described as a “health-related issue.”
In an update, Banks is currently being advertised for the WWE Live event taking place in Portland, Oregon on October 20th, which will mark her return to in-ring action.
