Like many wrestling fans on Sunday night, WWE Hall of Famer Sean “X-Pac” Waltman was not happy with the Hell in a Cell main event finish. Waltman had the same question many fans had – “How in the hell do you get DQ’d in a Hell in a Cell match?”
As noted late last night here on eWn, the “DQ” finish was not the story WWE was trying to convey. The working plan was to make fans believe the match ended by referee stoppage and not a disqualification.
The fans in attendance were chanting “AEW”, “Refund” and “Restart The Match” as the show went off the air.
