Seth Rollins Comments On “Embarrassing” Monday Night RAW Ratings

WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins has responded to the “embarrassing” low ratings Monday Night RAW has been turning in as of late. For the past few weeks, RAW has been critiqued much more harshly than usual, with many calling a recent episode one of the worst in a long time.

This week, RAW’s ratings hit a record low, that was described by F4WOnline’s Bryan Alvarez as “embarrassing”:

  • 8 p.m. 2.35 million viewers
  • 9 p.m. 2.19 million viewers
  • 10 p.m. 2.05 million viewers

Rollins responded to the negativity, defending those who put together WWE’s programming week after week:

“That’s the one thing I don’t think people understand. 5 hours of live TV every week. EVERY WEEK. Add in all the extraneous variables that affect the final outcome….and it’s a modern miracle that the shows come together as well as they do.”
