As we’ve been reporting here on eWn, Andrade El Idolo has been teasing leaving All Elite Wrestling, however, some people believe it’s more of a storyline. Also, AEW President Tony Khan has noted that he won’t be granting releases to his talent.
Now, another AEW wrestler is teasing leaving the company.
Shawn Spears took to Twitter and posted a GIF of “Goodbye.” He would later delete it. Shortly after, Sammy Guevara tweeted, “You are a jobber. A favor hire. Be grateful b*tch.”
There’s no confirmation on whether or not Spears is actually trying to leave AEW. Spears hasn’t competed since a May 25th match against Wardlow.
