According to a report by PWInsider, Simon Gotch’s contract with MLW is set to expire soon and he will become a free agent. Gotch can still appear for MLW on “Fusion” but he will no longer be contractually obligated to appear for the company in any way, shape or form.
In an interesting note, the leather strap used for Savio Vega’s Caribbean Strap Match with Richard Holliday is the same exact strap used during Vega’s match with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin back in 1996. Vega kept the strap in his garage and decided to bring it back for the match with Holliday. Unfortunately, the strap broke during the match but the company was able to edit that out.
