The second night of Wrestle Kingdom 16 will feature a match with wrestlers from joshi company World Wonder Ring STARDOM, a tradition that has been going on since 2020.
In an update, STARDOM revealed the four women that will compete in a special tag team match. In her third consecutive appearance at the event, the company’s ace Mayu Iwatani will team up with Starlight Kid to face Saya Kamitani and Tam Nakano.
For the first time ever, Wrestle Kingdom 16 will be a three night show, with the last night in Yokohama having a special NJPW vs. NOAH theme.
