On August 5, Starrcast filed to trademark the term “Southwest Championship Wrestling.” For those unaware, this is the company that was run by the late Joe Blanchard in San Antonio, TX from 1978 to 1985. The company was the first wrestling promotion to be featured on the USA Network.
