Starrcast announced on Saturday night that Starrcast III will be making its return to Chicago, IL for AEW’s “All Out” event, which takes place on August 31st at Sears Center.
As of this writing, only the date and hotel partners have been announced, with more to be revealed in the coming weeks. The company tweeted,
