Bloomberg Law reports that WWE had been hit with a lawsuit from an Oklahoma firefighters pension fund on December 26 in Delaware Chancery Court.
The reason for the lawsuit claims there is “a credible basis to believe” WWE Chairman Vince McMahon as well as other WWE senior officers are not keeping up with their WWE duties because of their focus on the XFL.
It was also claimed that there hasn’t been enough oversight on McMahon by board members of the company due to McMahon selling stock of WWE for his new venture.
