According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Konnan is still waiting for a compatible donor for a new kidney. For those unaware, Konnan recieved a new kidney thirteen years ago so this will be his second one.
In recent weeks, Konnan has started dialysis and his condition is said to have improved. While he’s remained head booker and writer for AAA, he hasn’t been traveling to the shows.
With his health improving, Konnan is hoping he can go to the December 28th event in Acapulco.
