As seen during last night’s Impact Wrestling Slammiversary pay-per-view event, three video packages from AJ Styles, Kurt Angle, and Sting aired. Of course, the event celebrated the company’s 20th anniversary.
One person who was noticeably absent from the video packages was Samoa Joe, with many fans questioning why he didn’t film one.
The current Ring of Honor World Television Champion would take to Twitter to reveal why he wasn’t featured on the show, writing,
“Dearest cackling hens. I wasn’t asked, or available, and it should not mar a great milestone set by Impact. Happy Anniversary, and my best going forward to all involved.”
