Baylor University in Waco, Texas is trying to block WWE’s trademark on the “Balor Club” phrase. Although the University is trying to block the trademark, it is simply a play on New Japan’s “Bullet Club”.
The University has until March 5th to file either an opposition or request an extension on their intent to oppose.
WWE initially filed the trademark in April of 2015 and the opposition filing took place on January 5th.
