A spokesperson for TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of WWE and the UFC, issued a brief statement in response to the lawsuit filed against Vince McMahon by a former employee. John Laurinaitis and WWE are also listed as defendants in the suit.
The employee accused McMahon of abuse and sexual exploitation during his tenure as CEO & Chairman of WWE.

“Mr. McMahon does not control TKO nor does he oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE. While this matter predates our TKO executive team’s tenure at the company, we take Ms. Grant’s horrific allegations very seriously and are addressing this matter internally.”
