While Daniel Bryan was advertised for a “career-altering” announcement for the second week in a row on SmackDown! Live, he was actually never scheduled to make it to Tuesday nights show. Daniel Bryan was off TV this week because he had vacation time already scheduled. Bryan posted a photo of himself and Brie Bella hiking in his home state of Washington earlier this week. They were also in Lake Tahoe with Nikki Bella and her new boyfriend.
Bryan was never scheduled for SmackDown! Live, despite WWE.com teasing his announcement in their official SmackDown! preview. With that being said, there is a program planned for Bryan when he gets back from vacation.
