Fightful Select spoke with several in AEW regarding Flip Gordon being backstage at last week’s AEW Dynamite. He also appeared on Being The Elite for a segment with the Young Bucks, Adam Cole and others.
Per the report, Gordon told numerous people backstage that as of then, he’d not signed with AEW.
Gordon appeared as a regular character on BTE until the end of 2018 as AEW launched the first day of 2019 and he was under contract with ROH. Although the promotion released several stars in January, many wrestlers are still under contract through this month.
