There is a brief report in the latest Wrestling Observer Newsletter about Los Angeles Rams COO, Kevin Denmoff and the city of Los Angeles wanting to secure the 2021 WrestleMania for LA.
The report notes that the desire to bring WWE in 2021 stems from Los Angeles trying to have a test run for the 2022 Super Bowl that will take place in the city.

On the flip side, WWE would rather come in 2022 because they want to be able to announce an attendance figure that beats the Super Bowl attendance.
