Van Hammer’s court date has been pushed back until April 24th. While he was not present for today’s court proceedings, his public defender represented him and waived his right to a speedy trial.
As many of you know by now, Van Hammer was arrested on January 26th after he hit a five-year child riding his bicycle with his father. He was charged with driving under the influence in Boynton Beach, Florida.
