​Vince McMahon Is An Absolute Beast – His Workout Routine At 70 Years Old Revealed

Muscle and Fitness recently posted an article on Vince McMahon’s insane workout routine. According to the article, Vince trains “up to seven days a week” and trains twice a day when he knows traveling will screw up his training schedule.

McMahon says he rotates through a split of chest, arms, legs, shoulders and back each week. His favorite body part to train is his back as he says that is the strongest.

Vince goes on to say that once he finishes training a body part, he switches over to a CrossFit-themed workout where he takes on rope slams, sled drags, sledgehammer swings and sprints. He then does ab exercises as well. It’s a total of 90 minutes and his trainer Mike Monteforte noted: “He has unbelievable strength in his back.”
