Major League Wrestling (MLW) is anticipated to trim down its roster in the near future.
Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the intention is to release talent that are currently not being used, with the possibility of them returning if MLW finds a suitable role for them.
MLW recently secured a substantial settlement of $20 million in its antitrust lawsuit against WWE. Therefore, it is unlikely that these cuts are being made due to financial constraints.
