WWE has already been making budget cuts and even more cuts could be forthcoming. Some of those cuts included the usage of pyros at events, Talking Smack, and Renee Young’s Unfiltered show.
When asked about the rumors of talents being cut in the near future during Friday’s installment of Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez said that he has no inside knowledge on any talent cuts that may be coming. He mentioned that WWE said in the recent financial report that they did profit because of cuts, so he wouldn’t be surprised if any talent cuts occurred soon.
