Seth Rollins vs. Riddle was booked at this year’s WWE Clash at the Castle pay-per-view event. The following is the play-by-play coverage of the match:
They started brawling to begin the match. Seth powerbombed him into the barricade. Back in the ring, the fought on the top rope. Seth caught him with a head kick then a double stomp for 2. Seth with a superplex, but Riddle responded with a fisherman’s suplex. Riddle with a kick then a spring board dive on the outside. Seth went for the pedigree, but Riddle with the go to sleep for 2. Riddle put him in a triangle choke, but Seth got out. Seth hit Riddle’s own finisher for a near fall. Seth missed a dive and they exchanged kicks. Seth with elbows then Riddle with a knee strike. Riddle with a german suplex and went for a powerbomb, but Seth hit him with a pedigree. Seth talked trash and Riddle fired up. Seth with a knee strike then hit the DDT off the middle rope. Seth went for the RKO, but Riddle caught him with a rear-naked choke and then landed a series of shots to Seth. They went to the floor then back into the ring and Seth hit him with the stomp. Seth with a stomp off the second rope for the win.
