After giving Heath Slater a “gore” on last Tuesday night’s WWE SmackDown Live! broadcast, former WWE, TNA and ECW Superstar Rhyno has all the more reason to celebrate as he won the Republican primary in the 15th district in Michigan with 38% of the vote, beating opponents Paul Sophia and Richard Johnson.
Rhyno did some last-minute campaigning on Tuesday before flying to Nashville, TN for the WWE SmackDown TV tapings, He will now go on to face Democrat Abdullah Hammoud who also captured 38% of the vote in his primary. Hammoud was facing five opponents.
The main election will take place on November 8th and we wish Rhyno all the best!
