Fightful Select has shared some backstage news and notes from Monday’s edition of WWE RAW at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
The original run sheets for WWE RAW had Ricochet losing to Bronson Reed in the opening fall of the Gauntlet Match before dropping a fall to Sami Zayn.
JD McDonagh was written in as the third Superstar to be eliminated. This was changed, and McDonagh was eliminated in the first fall instead.
The changes were made Monday afternoon before the live broadcast.
While WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis was brought in to make an appearance on RAW, he wasn’t involved in any producing work backstage.
And finally, former WWE Superstar AJ Francis (Top Dolla) was visiting backstage at RAW. Francis’ visit was reportedly cleared with Triple H.
