Report – The Rock’s Grandmother To Be Inducted Into WWE HOF, Bray Wyatt Note

A member of the great Anoaʻi family could be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter is reporting that Lia Maivia, the grandmother of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame next month.

While WWE has yet to announce the news, this would make Maivia the final inductee in the Class of 2024. Maivia joins Paul Heyman, Bull Nakano, Barry Windham & Mike Rotunda, Muhammad Ali, and Thunderbolt Patterson.

Maivia was the promoter of Polynesian Pro Wrestling, which included The Rock’s father, Rocky Johnson, among its stars.

The Rock will reportedly induct Maivia at the ceremony next month.

Additionally, the late Bray Wyatt has been rumored to go in this year, although his status remains “uncertain” at present.

The 2024 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony will take place on April 5, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the night preceding WrestleMania XL.
