Rhea Ripley, the current WWE Women’s World Champion, is reportedly injured.
During the first night of WWE WrestleMania XL, Ripley faced off against Becky Lynch, with Ripley getting the win over Lynch and retaining her championship.
According to a report from Pwinsider, Ripley sustained an injury last week during a backstage brawl with Liv Morgan on RAW.
The severity of the injury is significant enough that there are internal discussions about Ripley potentially having to vacate the championship, and this decision could potentially be made as early as tonight’s episode of RAW.
