AJ Styles returned to WWE programming on last week’s episode of SmackDown, after being out of action since September 22.
While The Phenomenal One initially attacked The Bloodline, he also knocked out LA Knight.
While this would make it seem that Styles is turning heel, Fightful Select reports WWE has other plans for The OC leader.
According to the report, it may not be a full heel turn as Styles’ actions are “somewhat justified.”
Additionally, Styles’ story could develop like a “choose your own adventure” scenario.
It is to be noted that nothing is set in stone yet, and plans could eventually change on The Road To WrestleMania.
