  • Roxanne Perez kicked off the show with a promo about winning the NXT Women’s Championship at Stand & Deliver. Lyra Valkyria interrupted, wanting her rematch, despite still sporting a sling. Tatum Paxley came out through the crowd and decided to throw Valkyria into the steel steps. Perez got ready to leave, only for Natalya to come out and challenge her for a title shot, which Ava made official.
  • Footage was shown of Axiom and Nathan Frazer pleading to Ava for a rematch for the tag titles. They’ve been granted that, but they’ve also agreed that if they don’t win the belts tonight, they’re splitting up as a tag team and going their separate ways.
  • At Chase University, Jacy Jayne revealed that the reason why they were in debt was because Andre Chase had placed a big bet on Thea Hail winning the title at Great American Bash, but he chose to value her safety over that by throwing in the towel. Therefore, he was doing the honorable thing all along, and now, Hail feels guilty that it was all her fault that they were in money troubles.
  • Kiana James & Izzi Dame defeated Kelani Jordan & Fallon Henley by pinfall.
  • Backstage, No Quarter Catch Crew (minus Drew Gulak) put over Bloodsport for Charlie Dempsey’s appearance this past week. The D’Angelo Family (minus Tony D) walked over and after some trash talking, a match is set for tonight.
  • Je’Von Evans defeated SCRYPTS by pinfall.
  • Kelly Kincaid interviewed Ridge Holland earlier today about why he attacked Joe Gacy with a chair at Stand & Deliver. He said he’ll have to apologize to Gacy, who was conveniently right behind him. Gacy said it’s okay and that all his failures lately have clearly messed with his head, which upsets Holland, who walks off, only to be confronted by Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro, who say they know the Ridge Holland from SmackDown and they don’t buy into this apology at all. Holland storms off, slamming a door on Del Toro’s fingers.
  • NXT Women’s Championship: Roxanne Perez (c) defeated Natalya by pinfall, due in part to some interference by Lola Vice.
  • After the commercial break, Vice was asked why she did that. Vice said she’s tired of waiting for opportunities. She’s going to make her own and is looking to capture some gold. Then, she was attacked by Natalya from behind as vengeance for her interference.
  • The D’Angelo Family (Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo & Luca Crusifino) defeated No Quarter Catch Crew (Damon Kemp & Myles Borne) by pinfall.
  • Oba Femi talks about retaining his North American title at Stand & Deliver, putting over Dijak and Josh Briggs, when he’s interrupted by Ivar, who loved the match and wants in on the fight. Femi headbutts Ivar, who fights back and lays him out.
  • Backstage, Meta-Four hypes themselves up for hosting the big event, but Oro Mensah is upset over what happened with Oba Femi punking him out. Mensah wants to end Femi’s title reign, but the others doubt him. Dijak interrupts, mad about the sketch they did from the pay-per-view. Noam Dar suggests Dijak get more sunshine to help with his mood and Dijak gives him a warning. Everyone gets one, no more.
  • Jaida Parker defeated Brinley Reece by pinfall.
  • In the locker room, Arianna Grace hypes herself up to Sol Ruca about how she was the best kept secret this weekend and did such a great job at Stand & Deliver’s countdown, and has been telling Georgina (Gigi Dolin) how that proves that she has to be beautiful and ready all the time. Once she mentions the Women’s North American Championship, Sol Ruca says she has dibs on that, which prompts Grace to get icked out and leave. Lola Vice then comes over, holding her head, upset about Natalya’s attack. Ruca says that Vice deserves it and should’ve known Nattie would get some revenge, which upsets Vice, who leaves, calling her trash. Ruca just says “Whatever, dude.”
  • Axiom & Nathan Frazer defeated Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker by pinfall to win the  NXT Tag Team Championship!
They were then immediately attacked by The Authors of Pain with Final Testament standing tall to send a message.
  • NXT Spring Breakin’ is confirmed for both April 23rd and April 30th.
  • Trick Williams cut a promo about beating Hayes (putting him over), and then, said he needs to slay The Mad Dragon and win the NXT Championship. Ilja Dragunov says no, he already had his shot. But he then says Williams has the match at Spring Breakin’ under the condition that if Trick loses, he leaves NXT. Trick agrees to those terms, as if he’s not able to beat Dragunov, he doesn’t deserve to be in NXT. Williams is then attacked from behind by Carmelo Hayes, who says they’re fighting in a steel cage match next week and he won’t make it to Spring Breakin’.
