TNA Superstar Bobby Lashley is no longer working the ELITE tournament in Mexico.
According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, one promoter who had Lashley booked says that with TNA Wrestling taking control of Lashley’s outside bookings, the company wanted to charge him $6,000 per match. The promoter says that is “far more” than Lashley had been charging in the past. With that being said, the promoter decided to pull Lashley from the tournament.
Lashley was also pulled from several other events, including shows in Puerto Rico.
Teddy Hart will be replacing Lashley in the ELITE tournament.
