WWE legend Jimmy Snuka and his lawyer will return to court in Lehigh Valley, PA this Friday. Snuka will be there as part of a pre-trial hearing regarding Snuka’s defense requesting that “the prosecution be compelled to reveal their discovery (evidence) to the defense or risk being sanctioned by the court”. Robert J. Kirwan, the attorney for Snuka, filed the motion on November 15th, 2015. On thats same date, a gag order on the case was also put in place.
As previously reported on eWrestlingNews.com, Snuka was arraigned in October 2015 on charges of involuntary manslaughter and third-degree murder charges in the death of his then-girlfriend Nancy Argentino. She was found dead in Allentown, PA way back in 1983.
The trial is set to begin on March 22, 2016 but that could change. Snuka denies all charges.
