Adam Cole and Britt Baker will be among the lead couples on AEW All Access, and the two recently gave fans a glimpse of what to expect from the show.

In a recent interview with Screen Rant, Cole and Baker addressed the upcoming reality show in detail. You can check out some highlights from the interview below:

Baker on how the show “raises the bar” for a wrestling reality series: “I think it combines all of what you just said [Total Divas, Breaking Ground, Rhodes to the Top]. But at the same time, it’s totally different than what you just said. Because it really is All Access. We had the cameras with us everywhere at work, anything that was related to work, and a little bit at home. And above and beyond, really. And it was all real life, things that we were going through. And again, both at work and at home. I think it’s just such a unique cast too with myself and Adam, The Young Bucks and their story, and then Sammy and Tay. And then you have cameos from AEW stars throughout the entire show. Every episode, all you have to do is take a look in the background, [and] you’ll see 5 or 10 people you know, and you’re probably a huge fan of.”

Cole on opening up for the series: “For me personally, this is the most private that I’ve ever gotten when it comes to telling a story of mine on camera. The injuries that I went through were incredibly serious and something that I kept very close to home for a long time. Obviously, Britt knew, and my family knew exactly what was going on, [and] the AEW medical team. But to be able to capture that and show all the ups and the downs and have that all be on camera was really, really interesting, but also a really cool experience for me.”

Baker on if there were times they had to kick the cameras out: “Yes and no, not really, because they were very respectful to [us] and protecting some of the magic of professional wrestling that we all know and love. But it’s pretty real and raw, all of it. It’s very what you see is what you get. And in a way, it’s very unfiltered. The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.”

Cole on the cameras: “I feel like the best way to put it is exactly what Britt said. There was never a situation where we were like, “Okay, everyone needs to leave, you have to get out of here.” But there were definitely times when I was like, “Oh, wow, okay, I’m gonna share a lot of information right now.” And I was totally okay with that. So, yeah, they were around us quite a bit. You’re definitely gonna see stuff that I don’t think anyone’s ever seen before, at least from me and Britt.”

Cole on what to expect from him now that he’s back: “Pro wrestling is something I love more than anything in the entire world. In April, it’ll be 15 years that I’ve been in the pro wrestling industry. And the longest amount of time I was ever away, with the exception of this injury, was one month. So over a 15-year period, I was away from the ring and traveling and being on the road only for one month. Now I look at this entire recovery process, and I think about how long I was away and just how badly I couldn’t wait to get back to work again.

“There was a real scare there for a minute of whether I was even going to be able to come back in the first place. But when I knew that was possible, my excitement has gone through the roof. I’ve never lost my appreciation for this job, and how much I love doing what I do. But at the same time, in a lot of ways being given the second chance to go back and do what I love more than anything in the world has me incredibly excited. So I mean this wholeheartedly: On March 29th, the fans are gonna get the absolute best version of me that there’s ever been, and I really believe that the passion and the motivation and the excitement to get back into that ring is at an all-time high for me.”

Baker on what fans can expect to see from the women’s division in the show: “That’s a great question. I’m actually dying to know as well because I really don’t know. I will say they filmed a lot of backstage content of everything that’s been going on. And part of that did revolve around the AEW Women’s Champion, the interim championship title, and just the ins and outs of that and how people were feeling backstage about it. But it’s a lot because I do pride myself on being such an important part of the women’s division. And I’m in like a supporting role now, which is still important, because that’s still a very important part of building up the women’s division.

“But it’s been nice to kind of take a step back from not being the Women’s Champion in the front and center of everything. But it still has just as many stresses as anything else, being a supporting role. So you kind of get to see a little bit of that and everything, [and how] you kind of have to jump through hoops backstage at AEW whether you’re front and center or off to the side. I really think All Access will help people appreciate the lives of professional wrestlers and everything that goes into live TV production.”

AEW All Access debuts this week following Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite.
