According to a report from Fightful, AEW’s Full Gear pay-per-view event will be taking place in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
As many of you know, AEW Full Gear was originally set to take place on November 6th in St. Louis, MO but the date was moved to the following week (November 13th) because of a big UFC pay-per-view event and a boxing fight taking place on the same night. AEW President Tony Khan later revealed that he didn’t want to compete with his “good friend” Dana White (UFC) or boxing.
Due to the change, several AEW talents were double booked for “The Big Event” in New York City and the AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event. According to reports, the company has went “above and beyond” to make things right with the promotion. That talent will now be appearing at “The Big Event” the following day on November 14th.
