According to a report from Pwinsider, one of the ideas that were rumored to have been discussed was the possibility of moving AEW from Daily’s Place (in Jacksonville) for Dynamite/Dark to Miami, FL for the month of February, but that does not seem to be the case. According to the website, there were in fact no plans for AEW to leave Daily’s Place at all in spite of all the supposed “talks”. Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic regarding local government officials and venues, there were some concerns over AEW’s future in terms of filming Dark and Dynamite. Thanks in part to the Khan family’s relationship with the Jacksonville area, this has made their run at Daily’s Place run as smoothly as possible, with the company taking advantage of the stadium and its venue that AEW wouldn’t be able to do elsewhere.
AEW Superstar Cody Rhodes took a moment to give a shout out to one of his “students” that will be making her AEW debut on Dynamite this week. Brooke Havoc will be wrestling Dr. Britt Baker this coming Wednesday on Dynamite in her debut match for the company. Here is what Cody Rhodes had to say:
