AEW and Austin Matelson, also known as Luchsaurus, have resolved their legal dispute with CFX regarding a mask design.
CFX had filed a lawsuit claiming that Matelson’s mask was too similar to the one they had created. They later amended their complaint, alleging that Matelson had commissioned another mask maker to create a similar design, which they believed was a breach of contract.
However, a settlement has now been reached, according to Brandon Thurston of WrestleNomics. The details of the settlement have not been disclosed.
AEW and Louisiana-based mask maker Composite Effects (CFX) have reached a settlement in their dispute over the merchandising rights to the Luchasaurus mask.
