On Wednesday night’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Okada defeated Eddie Kingston to capture the title. Okada got the pinfall after hitting the Rainmaker.
This is Okada’s first title reign in AEW. Eddie Kingston’s reign comes to an end at 82 days.
