AEW wrestler Andrade El Idolo has become the latest star to reference reports of talent leaving the promotion with a tweet.
Earlier this month, Malakai Black confirmed that he requested his release from AEW, but was denied.
Both he and Buddy Matthews are currently taking hiatus’ from the ring, with Black saying he will return in due time.
On Twitter, Andrade shared a tweet with the hashtag #FreeElIdolo.

This isn’t the first time Andrade has teased something, as a recent tweet from the former NXT Champion had fans believing he is waiting to leave AEW.
Andrade joined AEW last year but is yet to hold gold, and liked a tweet this year that suggested he’d do better in WWE.
