American Ninja Warrior star Kacy Catanzaro was backstage at Wednesday night’s WWE NXT Tapings in Orlando, FL. She participated in workouts alongside WWE recruits in the beginning of this year in a private tryout as she was considering WWE, she also worked out with Performance Center coach Norman Smiley.
Catanzaro, age 26, was a Division I gymnast before turning to obstacle course racing. She has twice made Sports Illustrated’s “Fittest 50” list of the world’s top female athletes, and came to fame in 2014 when she became the first woman to complete American Ninja Warrior’s city finals course, defeating the warped wall.
