Ringsidenews reports that there were concerns about putting on the WWE Intercontinental Title on Dean Ambrose. Many staff members thought the title would hurt his credibility seeing that was he was just WWE World Champion not too long ago.
But Vince McMahon made the final call to put the champion on him, and there is hope within the company that he can keep the championship prestigious like The Miz did.
