Prior to Sunday night’s WWE Money in the Bank pay-per-view event, Stephanie McMahon led an “all hands on deck” meeting with staff and talent. Details from that meeting have now emerged.
According to reports, Stephanie acknowledged the ongoing investigation into Vince McMahon, which caused him to step down as Chairman and CEO. Fightful Select reports that it was a staff meeting which reiterated points that a lot of staff and talent already knew. Stephanie reminded those in attendance that her door is always open. The meeting was said to have been positively received, and she is said to be “outright adored,” based on reports from people they spoke to. Nick Khan and Triple H were also in attendance at the meeting.
There is no word on whether Vince was involved in the meeting or not, though he was still present at last night’s show, and was still operating as head of creative.
