As previously reported here on eWrestlingNews.com, Jeff Jarrett is making some changes to the TNA taping schedule. His plan is to make the tapings less of a marathon for the talent, having four days of tapings and shooting six episodes of iMPACT! Wrestling at each taping. The idea is that they won’t be as far out of date by the end of the tapings.
The previous plan was to tape iMPACT! Wrestling episodes just four times a year, taping upwards of 12 episodes at each set of TV tapings. Of course, that would save a lot of money by not having to fly talents in, etc. but there would be little room for changes if they were needed.
