WWE NXT Preview For Tonight (4/1/2020)
As many of you know by now, creative plans for RAW and SmackDown are often put together at the very last minute, with changes taking place all the way up until the shows go live. The reason for this is because Vince McMahon often demands changes and sometimes complete rewrites. This has obviously led to stressful times for the creative writers.
According to a report from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, creative plans for the WWE NXT brand are written with “long-term booking” in mind. There are almost never any late-day changes made. The only time there are any real changes are when injuries occur or there are COVID-19 concerns.
Triple H is the “Vince McMahon” of NXT and makes all the final decisions.
