As many of you have seen since he pulled out of WrestleMania 36, Roman Reigns’ name has not been mentioned on WWE TV. According to a report from WON, Vince McMahon’s position on not referencing him has been changing regularly.
As of now, there is no rule on erasing Roman Reigns entirely. The only rule in place is that the broadcasting team have been told not to mention his name at all. With that being said, Reigns was completely edited out of a clip showing Seth Rollins cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase following a match between Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31. FOX Sports 1 did air a special of Roman Reigns’ Best WrestleMania matches earlier this week. Reigns was also shown on Triple H’s 25 year celebration on SmackDown.
Vince McMahon’s stance on Reigns reportedly “changes daily based on which way the wind is blowing.”
