Mike Bennett and Maria Kanellis are scheduled to be on the road with the SmackDown crew this weekend for Sunday’s Money In The Bank pay-per-view event in St. Louis, MO at the Royal Farms Arena and Tuesday’s SmackDown TV event in Dayton, OH at the EJ Nutter Center, according to PWinsider.com. It’s expected that the duo will make their SmackDown Live debut shortly.
The married couple departed from Impact Wrestling back in February after opting not to re-sign a deal when Anthem took over. If you recall, their contracts expired with Impact Wrestling in late 2016 and worked for the promotion on pay appearance deals up until February. Although Impact management attempted to sign them to new deals, they decided not to do so.
Kanellis was last seen on WWE television in February of 2010.
