Former Impact X-Division Champion turned WWE Producer Petey Williams has earned rave reviews for his work behind the scenes.
In January, it was reported that Williams had been brought on as a full-time producer for the company, bringing decades of experience to WWE.
A new report from Fightful notes that Williams has been getting high marks from wrestlers and higher-ups due to his work.
WWE Chairman Vince McMahon has insisted Williams be referred to as “Pete” or “Peter,” which is reflected internally on run sheets for RAW and SmackDown.
Williams partnered with Michael “PS” Hayes to produce this week’s RAW segment with Seth Rollins and AJ Styles as well as the main event of the show.
Styles won by disqualification when he was attacked by Edge, continuing the build towards their WrestleMania 38 match.
