— One idea recently tossed around is to possibly include a 30 or 60 minute preview show to air on the WWE Network prior to Monday Night RAW each week. Also under consideration is to move some of the more popular YouTube shows to the network in a half hour format. WWE has yet to publicly commit to a launch date for the network but numerous sources believe it’ll be late 2012 or even early 2013 before the official launch.
— Recruiting within WWE has been described as being at the “highest priority it’s been since a dozen or so years ago”. Gerald Brisco and Canyon Cemen were recently recruiting in Colorado Springs, CO. There are numerous pro wrestling and MMA schools in the city. Bobby Lashley & others train MMA in Colorado Springs. This is also the reason you’ve heard about numerous indy talents signing with the promotion as of late.
— Former WWE star Rob Conway recently suffered a torn biceps. Conway, who has been competed in bodybuilding and taking independent wrestling dates, will be out of action for some time and his future in both could be in doubt. We’ll keep you posted as we hear more.
